食谱取自 Min's Blog
材料 Ingredients:
- 牛油 125g
- 黄砂糖 90g
- 60g 细糖
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 粒蛋
- 180g 自发面粉
- 150g 巧克力,切细块
- 把糖和牛油用搅拌器搅拌均匀。
- 加入鸡蛋还有 Vanilla essence, 在搅匀。
- 筛入面粉, 再倒入巧克力和核桃, 搅匀。
- 180‘C 烘大概 15 分钟。
