草莓巧克力蛋糕 Strawberry Chocolate Cake






Chocolate Chiffon Cake 
    • 30g cocoa powder
    • 125ml or g water
    • 4 egg yolks
    • 100g caster sugar
    • 130g flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 63g oil
    • 1 tsp vanilla
  • C
    • 4 egg whites 
    • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    • 65g caster sugar
  • D
    • 300g Whipping cream
    • Strawberries
    • Melted Chocolate
    • Chocolate ganache
      • Whipping cream
      • Cooking chocolate
  • Method:
    1. Sieve all the dry ingredients, set aside
    2. Whisk egg yolk + caster sugar until pale
    3. Add oil then water then all sieved dry ingredients, set aside.
    4. Beat egg white until foamy then add in sugar and cream of tartar 3x, until stiff.
    5. Fold in meringue into (3)
    6. Bake in 160C top heat 20 mins, turn to top & bottom heat for another 40 mins.

Cake decoration:
  1. Divide cake into 3 layers.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until stiff.
  3. Sandwich each layers with whipped cream & strawberry slices.
  4. Pour chocolate ganache, keep in fridge.
  5. Top with strawberries, cream and cocoa powder and melted chocolate on strawberries.

煎网饼 Roti Jala

材料
  • 200g 普通面粉 
  • 100ml 鲜奶
  • 280ml 清水
  • 1粒蛋
  • 1/3 小匙盐
  • 1/2 小匙黄姜粉
  • 1 大匙粟油

做法
  1. 将所有材料混合, 用打蛋器搅拌至光滑无颗粒的面糊状。 
  2. 将面糊过滤, 休面30分钟, 备用。 
  3. 取一个不沾锅, 以中火加热, 把面糊舀入roti jala 网杯里, 在热锅上绕上几个圆圈成网形。 (我是用已钻洞的水瓶)
  4. 以小火把饼煎熟, 重复的做完面糊, 即可。(无需翻面煎,无需加油见)
