

材料 Ingredients:
- 蒜头,切末 Garlic, diced
- 青椒,切丝 Capsicum, julienne
- 萝卜,切丝 Carrot, julienne
- 高丽菜 Cabbage, julienne
- 肉片 Meat slices
- 唯一面,3 片 Dried noodles, 3 pcs
- 酱油,2 大匙 Dark soy sauce, 2 Tbspn
- 生抽,1大匙 Light soy sauce, 1 Tbspn
- 蚝油,1大匙 Oyster sauce, 1 Tbspn
- 白糖,少许 Sugar to tast
- 麻油,少许 Sesame oil
- 水,1杯 Water, 1 cup
- 胡椒粉,少许 Pepper to taste
做法 Steps:
- 唯一面根据包装上的指示烫熟, 备用。 Cook dried noodles as the instructions on the packaging, set aside.
- 将所有的调味料混合均匀,备用。 Mix well all the seasoning, set aside.
- 热锅入油,爆香蒜末。 Heat frying pan, add in cooking oil, sautee garlic until fragrant.
- 加入肉片,翻炒至肉熟透。 Add in meat slices, stir fried.
- 加入萝卜丝,高丽菜和青椒,翻炒几下。 Add in carrot, cabbage and capsicum, continue to toss.
- 倒入面条,翻炒,再倒入混合好的调味料。 Add in noodles, then add in the seasoning.
- 让面条吸收酱汁后,即可。
- Toss until noodles has absorbed all the seasoning, and serve.
